Jan. 6 to April 30: $1225 USD for 7 nights ($175 per night)
May 1 to Dec. 20: $1050 USD for 7 nights ($150 per night)
Dec.20 to Jan. 6: $1399 USD for 7 nights ($199 per night)
MAID SERVICE IS OPTIONAL:
Daily maid service add $245 per 7 nights or $35 per day
One mid-stay cleaning free with any stay over 7 nights
Surcharge for maximum 2 children under 12: $250/per booking

We cannot make exceptions and give refunds outside of the above-stated policies should any unforeseen circumstance arise that is beyond our control that causes you to cancel your vacation.
